COV19 DELAYS
Our main parcel delivery supplier Australia post, has issued us a statement saying there will be delays on all Parcels taking upto 2 weeks, however we have added DHL express shipping to our site for our overseas customers.
We provide FREE shipping for purchases over $100 within Australia & FREE shipping for overseas orders over $200.
We ship world wide so whether you lay and play on the beaches of Noosa, Byron Bay or the sand in Malibu, you'll get free shipping on orders over $100 dollars for our Australian orders and for our overseas babes you'll receive FREE shipping on orders over $200 AUD. Yay no hidden extras at the checkout, It's our gift to you.
TRACKING
Please ensure all your delivery address information is correct on your order to insure a safe & secure delivery, also watch your tracking for delivery day & time, as burrows and co is not responsible for missing parcels.
Once you order and payment is received you will receive a confirmation email with your order number & once your items have been packed you will receive another a email notifications to let you know your parcel is on the way.

For overseas babes you tracking will continue onto your country's postal service once landed in the country.

Free shipping on all orders over $100.00
Standard Shipping (AUST POST): $8.00
Express Shipping (AUST POST): $10.00
International
International Standard (AUST POST): Free shipping on all orders over $200.00.
Flat rate Standard shipping of $29.99 for all orders under $200.00
Flat rate Express shipping of $45.00 Can be selected at the check out.
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency & you may receive Import duty tax in your country.
ORDER PROCESSING
Pre-sales will be sent out on dates stated on the product you are purchasing.
Our business hours are Monday and Friday, 9.00am-3.00pm, and all orders placed before 11am (AEST) on these days will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the Burrows and co warehouse.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
DELIVERY TIMES
Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays e.g. weather condition, holidays sessions & import and customs delays.
All parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in North lakes Queensland, Australia (postcode 4503) Which is a retro area.

Standard within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 5-7 working days. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Express within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 1-3 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.
Please note Burrows and Co will not be held responsible if parcels go missing after delivery, please make sure you send your parcel to a safe place or to your work address, also please double check your address is correct if you need to change or update address information please contact us as soon as possible info@burrowsandco.com.au along with your order number or call +61408063123 in business hours only 9am-4-30pm Mon-Fri.
International
Australian Post 14-18 days to receive your parcel for standard
DHL express 5-8 days.

Once your parcel lands in your country, please track your parcel under your country's local postage service links.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We do not have a Signature on Delivery option, so please ensure all delivery addresses on your order is safe & secure, as burrows and co is not responsible for missing parcels. If your desired shipping Country is not listed above, please contact info@burrowsandco.com.au to discuss alternate shipping options.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Burrows and co cannot be held responsible for these delays or any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to claim your parcel Burrows and co will not issue any refund unless the parcel arrives back at our warehouse in its original condition which we will then only refund the items not shipping cost.
