RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

100% RETURNS & MONEY BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

At Burrows & Co we want to make sure you are totally in love with your purchase and 100% happy. We want you to ENJOY a relaxed, lovely experience with us and feel confident as a result of a carefree online shopping experience. We offer you this, if it's not the right size or it's just not you, please contact us for whatever reason, all you need to do is return the item in the same condition that you received it in.

Swimwear can be returned ONLY if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons and hygienic liner still in place. IF all above is followed, we will REFUND you 100%, No questions asked.

All items returned for refund must be returned in the original condition with tags attached within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item is faulty in any way please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item info@burrowsandco.com.au

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Swimwear can be ONLY be returned or exchanged if it is unworn, and in it's original condition, with all tags and protection stickers still attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. IF all above is followed we will retuned or exchange your item 100% No questions asked.

Please note we are not liable for the loss of goods that are returned. PLEASE NOTE that It would be best to use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

RETURNS

We will expected refunds, that excluding the cost of original shipping.

We only ask that the goods purchased to be in original condition and have not    been WORN or WASHED with all tags and protection stickers still attached .

The shipping cost incurred for returning the items to Burrows & Co for an exchange or refund is NOT covered by us.

When Refunding, we will refund you in the way that you paid and email you once this is completed.

Burrows and co do not cover wear and tear on products, please see product care information.

Sale items are non-refundable; only an exchange or credit voucher will be offered.

EXCHANGES 

Please use the contact and let us info@burrowsandco.com.au  know what items you would like to exchange so we can confirm we have exchange stock available.

If you request an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new Goods out to you again.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Just email us at info@burrowsandco.com.au and we will give you all the details you need :)

We will process your return within 24hrs of receiving it.

For Exchanging, we will send your new Item and email you a new tracking number

When Refunding, we will refund you in the way that you paid and email you once this is completed.

Best to use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, we are not liable for the loss of goods that are returned.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT?

We try to make sure this doesn't happen as we triple check all our pieces before they go out to ensure customer satisfaction so that you can enjoy the sand and the salt water as soon as they arrive. If for some reason you receive damaged goods or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately info@burrowsandco.com.au so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
