We offer same day dispatch if orders & payments have landed with us before 12pm EST, if not they will be shipped the following day.

Express shipping takes 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas. Rural areas can take 3-4 business days.

For our oversea babes, we offer free upgrade to a faster trackable service on all orders over $75 AUD.

(THIS OFFER IS ONLY FOR economy air UPGRADE TO standard post only) if you need express post on your items you will have cover the shipping fees for these services.

The Burrows and co WILL NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

We do offer exchanges and returns on all products purchased at retail price, items must be returned unworn for refund or exchange.

We only offer exchanges for items of equal value.

We DO NOT acceptexchanges or returns for items purchased ON SALE OR WITH PROMOTIONAL CODES.

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items if wanting to return or exchange.

Once the item has been packaged and sent an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided. This process will take up to 1 business day from your order. Tracking is via Australian post; international orders will change to your countries postal service eg. USA orders once your order hits the USA your tracking is then found under USUP tracking.

Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of this email for tracking information to be logged by your carrier.

In our experience Brazilian cut bottoms are much more flattering than the traditional full coverage, that’s why we love them! We definitely encourage women to have at least one Brazilian Bottom, if you’re still not convinced we have a easy returns policy to give our customers that care free online shopping experience.

Our tops fit up to a Cup Size DD. Our favorite styles that offer the most support and coverage are the bralette style, string bikini & boobtube for covering. If you still need help with sizing, please contact us at info@burrowsandco.com.au

There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or these may be billed to you afterwards.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Burrows & Co.

To keep your Bikinis looking there absolute bests, hand wash with your favorite gentle body wash in cool water, then dry flat.

Washing mashing are not ideal for washing bikinis.
