Once the item has been packaged and sent an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided. This process will take up to 1 business day from your order. Tracking is via Australian post; international orders will change to your countries postal service eg. USA orders once your order hits the USA your tracking is then found under USUP tracking.

You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Burrows and co offers refunds or credit notes on all full price items, within 30 days of purchase date. Item/s must be returned in the original condition, with tags and hygiene seal in place to received a refund.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Burrows and co cannot be held responsible for these delays or any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to claim your parcel Burrows and co will not issue any refund unless the parcel arrives back at our warehouse in its original condition which we will then only refund the items not shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

To keep your Bikinis looking there absolute bests, hand wash with your favorite gentle body wash in cool water, then dry flat.
Washing mashing are not ideal for washing bikinis.
